At ProTeam Sports, we are dedicated to ensuring you have the right gear for your game. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective equipment is securely wrapped.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or shipment once the gear passes inspection.
